Jabuka Home inspections roof certification is much different from other company’s doing roof certifications.
Jabuka Home inspection certification consists of just not inspecting the roof. We also inspect the attic space for signs of moisture intrusion, interior ceiling for any moisture stains, soffits and fascia board for any signs of moisture.
These additional areas of inspection will insure the roof will be water tight.
A written report with photos and a video walk of the roof at the time of the inspection will be presented to the client. If there are any repairs needed there will be an estimate furnish by a license roofing contractor within 24 hours of the inspection.
The lengths of our certification are from one year to five years. With certificate of two to five year there will be annual maintenances on the roof at no additional charge.
